The thesis is divided into the theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part describes the history, pathophysiology, occurrence, course, diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Another title is the nursing aspect pointing to patient care and the possibilities of social institutions. The quality of life, which is also described in the first part of this thesis, is not neglected and is the main topic. The empirical part was led by mixed research.
